Recurring

  1. 1
Set it once Choose Recurring Bill when adding an expense, pick daily or monthly, and for monthly, the day it’s due.
  2. 2
Logged on the day Each day Traxpend checks what’s due and adds that day’s expense automatically — once, never twice. If you pick the 29th–31st, shorter months use their last day.
  3. 3
Everyone’s told Your space gets a notification each time a recurring expense is added, so nobody is surprised.

Stop a recurring expense at any time and it simply stops being added.

Bulk supply

Bought six months of rice, or paid a year’s gym fee up front? Choose Bulk Supply and how many months it covers (up to 12). Traxpend spreads it evenly, so one big purchase doesn’t distort a single month.

Managing active schedules

View all ongoing recurring schedules in Settings → Recurring Bills. You can pause or cancel a recurring rule at any time without altering previously logged transactions.

Mid-month bulk purchases

When you log a bulk purchase partway through the month, Traxpend begins amortization from the current billing cycle and evenly allocates portions across each subsequent month until the allocation count is fulfilled.
