Terms of Service governing the use of Traxpend personal and shared finance software, subscriptions, and acceptable use.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using Traxpend, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you accept them on behalf of a household or organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind members you invite to these terms.
2. Accounts and Space Invitations
To use collaborative features, you create an account and set up or join a shared space. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential, for the behavior of members you invite, and for ensuring accurate registration information.
3. Pro Subscriptions & Billing
Traxpend provides both a free-forever Starter tier and paid Pro subscriptions. Pro plans renew automatically on a monthly or annual basis via Razorpay or authorized payment gateways. You may cancel your subscription at any time in Settings.
4. Limitation of Liability
Traxpend provides mathematical expense tracking, debt simplification, and budgeting tools. Traxpend is not a bank, certified financial advisor, or legal entity. All calculations are provided on an "as is" basis for personal convenience.
