## Acceptance of terms

By using Traxpend you agree to these terms. If you accept them for a household or organization, you confirm you can bind the members you invite.

## Accounts and space invitations

You create an account and set up or join a shared space. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential, for the members you invite, and for accurate registration information.

## Pro subscriptions and billing

Traxpend has a free Starter tier and paid Pro subscriptions. Pro plans renew automatically monthly or annually through Razorpay or other authorized payment gateways, and you can cancel in Settings at any time.

## Limitation of liability

Traxpend provides expense tracking, debt simplification and budgeting tools. It is not a bank, a certified financial advisor or a legal entity, and calculations are provided as is for personal convenience.
