## 14-day money-back guarantee

Any Pro plan can be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase.

## How to request a refund

Email support@traxpend.app from your registered address, or submit a request in Settings > Billing. Requests are processed within 24 hours.

## Cancellation

Cancelling stops future renewals immediately with no fee. You keep Pro until the prepaid period ends, then your account moves to the free Starter tier with all history intact.

## Processing time

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear within 3 to 5 business days.
