# Invite people to your space

> Share one link. People see your space’s name and members before they join.

*Every space has a private invite link and code.*

1. **Open Members**: Go to `Members` in the sidebar (or `More` on mobile).
2. **Share the link**: Copy the invite link or send it straight to WhatsApp. It looks like `traxpend.com/join/ABCD1234`.
3. **They join in one tap**: The link shows the space’s name, first names of current members and its currency. New people create an account; existing users simply join.

> **Pro:** The free plan includes up to **5 members** per space. Pro raises that to **50** — enough for a whole family, a big flat or a trip group.

> **Note:** A person belongs to one space at a time. If someone already in another space opens your link, Traxpend asks them to confirm before moving.

## Invite permissions and security

- Invite codes are unique 8-character codes that can be regenerated at any time in space settings if shared publicly by mistake.
- Members only see transactions and balances logged inside the specific space they are invited to. Personal account settings remain completely confidential.
- When a new member joins, previous months that have already been settled and closed remain locked and unaffected.
