# Export or delete your data

## Export

Choose `Export Financial Data` to download your space’s full transaction history as a CSV file. Available on every plan.

## CSV export columns & spreadsheet compatibility

Exported CSV files contain clean, formatted data compatible with Excel, Google Sheets, Apple Numbers, and accounting software. Columns include Transaction ID, Date, Description, Amount, Currency, Payer, Category, Notes, and Receipt Link.

## Delete your account

In the danger zone, choose to delete your account and type `DELETE` to confirm. This can’t be undone.

## Data portability & GDPR compliance

In full accordance with GDPR and international data protection regulations, you own your data. Deleting your account initiates a cryptographically secure wipe of your personal credentials and session tokens from all production databases and replica logs.
